Property Manager - Licenced Agent
Prudential Real Estate is proud to welcome Marina Mendez to the team as our Macquarie Fields receptionist. Marina grew up in the local area of Macarthur and is thrilled to be working for such a long standing company in her community.
Before joining Prudential Real Estate, Marina gained experience in various industries including aviation security and commercial real estate. It was during a six-week work experience at a Punchbowl real estate agency that Marina found her passion for property, and she went on to obtain her Certificate IV in Real Estate.
Marina’s proudest qualification is her Bachelor of Criminology, which highlights her commitment to education and dedication to success. She believes that working at Prudential Real Estate will provide her with the necessary training and knowledge to achieve her goal of becoming a Property Manager.
As a receptionist, Marina will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and dealing with maintenance enquiries while liaising with Property Managers and contractors. Outside of work, Marina enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with her family, and going to the beach.
Marina’s colleagues describe her as a cheerful, committed, focused, motivated, kind-hearted, family-oriented individual who works well in a team and is straight-forward. Her positive attitude and hard-working nature make her an asset to the Prudential Real Estate team.
